For me, the weather conditions and other drivers are generally what made the most dangerous roads I’ve been on. All the benefits of a well designed, spacious road are gone when the rain/snow/fog/smoke cuts your visibility to 40 feet, but people around you still think it’s okay to go 75.

The grill is a bit much, but for some reason I don’t hate it. At least from the outside, it looks better than some of the other barges out there. Will have to wait and see if the inside is any better than a mid-level Expedition yet. While Infiniti’s make a pretty nice (free) upgrade on the rental lot, I still end up

Living in Texas may skew my perception of truck buyers, since almost everyone drives a truck. Throw in BOF SUVs and I bet 75% of my neighborhood has at least one of those 2, so the demographics of truck buyers are quite varied here. For most people here, buying a truck is just what you do, so people end up with

I live in Texas, so I also have 0% confidence that the rules around digital IDs will be properly written.

My biggest knock is that I don’t want to be forced to hand various people my phone any time they need to see my ID. Most of all, being forced to give a cop an unlocked phone.

but it is better at being a truck, which is what you asked for

Learning from the Times is not. Regurgitating them (or anyone else) word for word and representing all of that content as your own without proper licensing is.

There are tons of creative avenues that need to remain monetized because of the time/resources involved. You may not care about your works being free, but there are tons of writers, painters, carpenters, and hobbyists of all manner (like the Etsy crowd) who are only able to create what they do because it is what they

I’d argue that the comment section interaction, particularly from the authors, is what got all of these sites to their current prominence. The writers who regularly did that are pretty much all long gone though...

Depending on what state you’re in, those hoops might be getting tighter in response to these thefts, so you may want to get it done sooner if your legislatures have anything planned for it.

So why not spend a bit more and get the more capable Silverado?

Whenever I feel like bashing current social media users that also hate whatever platform it is, I have to remember that I keep coming back here to complain about the user experience...

Has anything these sites have done for the last 5-10 years indicated that they wish to improve the user experience?

That really should be true of both any organization, either government or private. It’s astonishing how many people out there who are totally unaware of the potential issues by having non-personal devices operate without guardrails.

Based on the way this site has been run for many years now, I expect we’ll lose more comment sections before they go about adding them. It’s the most popular piece of these sites, therefore, management will find a way to ruin them.

The theaters near me have been doing that, especially with kid’s movies, for a while now. However, they are almost always daytime showings or a few showings for a single day. I’ve never seen an add for any of them, but whenever I look to see what is playing almost every theater has an old movie getting played.

It is very handy being able to see a text/email, reply to a text, or control my music without the full screen and all notifications available and distractions that come with that. There’s also something easier about being able to close a phone and put it down that simply makes it easier to ignore.

the Accord is the only car where the driver ratings has a score less than Good, so it’s just barely lower than the other 6 in driver specific categories.

While technically correct, it is just barely worse than the others for driver specific scoring while being substantially better at passenger categories and the best overall rating.
