that needed more stars. I only have one to give.

Nick on Neil action! That sounds really fun, I wish I was there.
I say, I say, I say now Foghorn Leghorn is a positive genius at elocution compared to Trump, ya hear.
Yeah it was impossible for me not to burn through Fleabag even though I knew I would be sad when I watched the final episode ever and kick myself for not spacing it out more. It was so good though!
So this means Hugo Weaving is going to be in the Wick films yes? Please!

He’s not creepy, just a bit “Wild at Heart” haha. But seriously, in Wild at Heart Dafoe was creepy as all hell.

Yeah like how that Pulp Fiction poster of Jules and Vincent aiming their guns off in the corner has been changed into them holding a bunch of different objects, or having them turned into Darth Vader and Boba Fett and things of that nature. I love that “The Lighthouse” picture so much as well, it really seems to…
300 was fun at the time for me, cause I was in high school when it came out and I was a huge nerd about Greek history so even though I knew that it was a faithful adaptation of a Miller’s very loose retelling of that particular battle of the Persian Wars. But I don’t think it’ll have aged that well. I kinda want to…
Yeah I don’t think Snyder has made many original movies and a critical failure like “Sucker Punch” might be a good example of why. I mean, he is good at shot for shot slavish remakes of superior works. I did like his ending change to Watchmen but mostly because it fit with a film that was only a couple hours and…
I agree that the NFL is a good example of that, and also that I could see a racist running a company and still hiring minorities because they had no problem taking advantage of said hires in order to further their own selfish ways. However, Bruce and Lucius are best friends, not just business partners. And they’ve…
I agree with that. I can understand Daredevil or Spider-Man not killing people because they mostly handle street crime but a guy like Zod who can take apart a planet with ease? Yeah, that guy needs to die. I get why Batman tries to save everybody, because if he let the Joker die then he knows that could lead him to…
I understand Killer Croc (and his followers) being an example of the homeless, and there are a lot of other gangs who live in the sewers. But most of the gangs operate there by choice. A lot of the main goons are just greedy amoral pricks, though there are plenty of stories of people who got forced into that life…
He does actually help the citizens of Gotham a looooot as Bruce Wayne through his company and charities. I don’t think anybody ever described the Riddler or Penguin or Joker as “homeless and down-trodden” but you do you. Some of his villains are sympathetic, and he is always down to genuinely help them rehab when they…
Well that is why Bane exists.
I came here to say something along those lines. He probably had someone read him a spark notes summary, decided it wasn’t bigly enough, and switched over to some Gene Simmons books on “ Acquiring Power”
Yeah saying that Ska was a genre in their repertoire would be far more accurate than saying they were a ska band. However, I do think a bunch of ska artists would likely count the Clash as an influence. Though you could say that about a ton of bands given how broad the Clash’s range of genres was over their career.
I agree with you on all counts. Especially the annoyingness of the twins. I felt like the Witches (and the Puritans too) were fighting over “recruits” in this struggle they seem to be in, so the Witches broke apart/killed all of Tamsin’s family in order tear apart her foundations and leave her with little choice but…
