I didn’t care for Yord very much, so on paper was fine with his death, except it was the last one. By the time he went I was exasperated. “Will no one besides Osha and Sol survive?” Nope.  I’m sad about Jecki.

Him and his cohort seemed...  not the Jedi type... at all.  Like they were interns from a local village given detention after they were class clowning at the local Republic School.

Everything you’ve said I’m 100% down with... I just think it’s too early to make a judgment on it. I didn’t get as stop-the-press into it as I have a few other shows, but hoping for that slow burn. Like trying to judge a long movie on only the first 45 minutes, I’ll wait.

crud.. Carborific Solo is begging for a photoshop into the apes scape of 2001.

I’m not a fan of Yord at all so far. So as for a guy with such seemingly obvious shortcomings being made a Knight? Well, if it’s a golden age of Jedi-dom, then there are probably more Jedi than there ever have been, which means by sheer volume the lowest scorers will still pass the exam - and there will be more of

Tough one. At first I thought there’s no way that I would take the B&W version, but now I sort of want all 3. Not at those prices though. Or maybe I’ll head to the nearest casino and throw $60 on red and pre-order the orange.

I bought this in a good faith memorium to Ruth Bader Ginsburg. I’ll be damned if Razer is going to sully her legacy.

perhaps in part due to Harmony Gold’s continuing plans to adapt the original Robotech into a live-action movie.”

Recognizing the existence of bail systems also recognizes that they are typically made available at the courts’ discretion. Ergo, “bail denied, suspect is a public risk” which may not be too much of a stretch in this situation.

Wyre Wonka Fest.

+1 for the War Games reference, but TX isn’t the only oil-extracting/gas-refining state, and of course the largest refinery, which resides in TX, is owned by Saudis thanks to 45. But I agree with your overall point. Society is too intertwined for it to be a traditional conflict, which is why it hasn’t been traditional

But does make it less sciencey.

Ugh. Too much magic.... too much magic.

Buckaroo Banzai wags a disapproving finger your direction.*

I don’t think I’ve watched that movie since my dad took me to see it at the movie theater in 1983 - In 3D!! Molly was in it?

One of the few films with her in it that I began but couldn’t finish.
