I think to many MPs will be scared to vote against it and loose seats, especially labour, that it will be voted through. Maybe not as harsh but it will be.

my favourite is campaigning on getting our parliamentary sovereignty back (which was bullshit anyway), and then when a judge rules that yes, in fact parliament does have that and gets to vote on brexit they get all up in arms about it and decides that judges should be called the enemy of the people.

Perhaps still report it to the school? Whilst they can’t do anything to the bully, if they are aware of it and her behave starts to change/grades start slipping etc then they will know whats causing it and hopefully be able to give her support with that.
