Don’t stress yourself out about this before the testing is done and you know for sure. If you can’t, you can assess what you want to do from there, but a year isn’t a crazy long time!

my biggest advice would be to take a week or two and just do fun things, basically have a mini holiday.

I was working with someone who was late 20s/early 30s and she used the word ‘coloured’ to describe someone. I was so shocked to hear a young person use it that it took me about 5 minutes to get my head around it, and didn’t end up saying anything because I was pretty young at the time. I wish now I had.

I have never heard anyone use oriental thats not someone who would probably say something offensive like coloured as well.

I come very solidly from the freeze/run away stock. We do not do well with fighting, confrontation, or any form of DIY/building, useful skill set stuff.
