Hey, I'll be the first to admit that this definitely surprised me considering the history of the University. Who would have thought that there was a Student Code at FSU?

The ESPN report states Florida State president Garnett Stokes and student affairs VP Mary Coburn informed Winston he could be facing up to four violations of the FSU student code.

Naww, come on. He is absolutely going to face some serious consequences on the field from this. He'll definitely have to sit out at least one half...of one quarter...against Syracuse. Serious consequences!

Thank God. I was beginning to worry that he wouldn't face proportionate justice.

Knowing FSU's track record on this, he'll get something like 2o hours community service.

If someone made an all-female one first then yeah - an all-male Ghostbusters would seem pandering as well. Or an all-male Charlie's Angels.

He said it awkwardly, but he's not wrong. It would seem like pandering - like an all-black Three Muskateers.

His comical sexism aside, he has a point about reboots continuing to cheapen and degrade franchises. Not that Ghostbusters is like some huge awesome franchise, but doing Ghostbusters 2014, with an all new storyline and all-new female cast, there is no reason you can't make it a sequel in spirit of the original.

I don't actually disagree. I'm sick of these 80's movie remakes. I'll go see it and support it because it's a female-driven comedy but I wish the studios could just leave well enough alone.
