I’ve gotten out of around 11 tickets. Here’s what I’ve done every single time:

Pretty sure river piracy happened in Los Angeles in 1861-62 when the Los Angeles river was diverted from its previous course, emptying into the Santa Monica bay via the current Ballona Creek, to its current course, emptying into the ocean near Long Beach, because of the Great California Flood.

Very reasonable. However the OP acted like there was no story here and it’s a closed case. That’s what my comment was aimed at.

Those are great assumptions. Until there’s actual proof of any of that...they’re assumptions.

Why I wanted to see it full speed: Slow-mo is awesome when you can see things in slow motion that otherwise weren’t visible at full speed. Like the hat getting knocked off the girl.
