I was riding my bike on Angeles Crest Highway yesterday, pretty far back there, and saw what looked like two oversized mini coopers going the other direction. Full camo. Now I know what they were!

I cycle this stretch of road on a semi-regular basis and it's full of ass-clowns driving/riding WAY too fast. It's just up the road from "The Snake" section of Mulholland, even more famous for dumbasses driving beyond their skill level and road conditions.
