I was being facetious. There are no more streets with unlimited parking time limits in San Francisco anymore. Every street is subject to street cleaning so those meter maids will ticket at least once every 2 weeks sometimes more often. If a car accumulates enough tickets, they will consider it abandoned and tow it.

In San Francisco, the tenant rights are so skewed, landlords would rather keep units empty than rent out due to the cost of lawsuits. That is the government screwing over the public in the guise of rent control and tenant rights.

This! The issue is not the housing. Cities want to attract jobs because that is sexy and provides taxes. Housing is boring and is not as lucrative as new jobs. We end up with 8 new jobs for each new housing unit in places like San Jose, CA. Jobs need to be spread out to other municipalities.  Housing needs to increase…
