Born Angeleno here, and it was true for me. I never had a bagel until I moved to MIchigan, and had an Einstein Brothers bagel. They were okay, I guess, but not a proper substitue for either a donut (for coffee time) or bread (for a sandwich).

Also, this happens to have released during one of the most incredibly slew of big-budget and mid-budget releases in memory … an average game feels a lot worse than it is when it's keeping you away from the really awesome game you'd rather be playing.
