They are a company saying whatever they can to get regulators on their side aka doing their due diligence for shareholders. To do anything else would be weird.

“...also, we’re happy to announce the Skyrim Special Anniversary Commemorative Starfield Announcement Edition, with an extra bit of new content made by modders, now available for $70.”
It’s going to be interesting to see how this comment ages but... am I the only one that isnt really looking forward to the grappling hooks?
Nice. One less d-bag to come across.
Same, my friends and I did 3 runs and successfully exfilled twice, but it’s so much harder to avoid getting bogged down and eventually overwhelmed with non-stop reinforcements.
The DMZ AI is properly broken:
I like to think I was among some of the first people to play the new island. Big flex, I know. The bots were numerous but weren’t any harder (or easier) than the previous season. Ashika definitely has more armored enemies than not but given how small the place is you can easily boot scoot and boogie away from them…
I’d also argue that if this is blocked, effectively because people are worried about Call of Duty being on PlayStation, then Sony needs to start releasing titles on Xbox. The logic cuts both ways...
Microsoft’s comment about Sony isn’t a ‘self own,’ it’s a deliberate framing of their primary market opponent as the dominant entity in the face of an anti-competition suit. MS is going to argue that the Xbox-ActiBlizz merger can’t be a monopolistic practice, because Sony’s PlayStation has bested them for most of two…
If that male voice-over is not Matthew Mercer I will eat my whole desk. Mercer is hardly a no-name budget option, but they (Nintendo) are clearly going for the classic Anime vibe of consuming all the scenery with every line reading; it’s a stylistic choice more than a matter of the actors’ ability.
Chris Pratt for Link, Seth Rogan as Princess Zelda, Jack Black as Ganon
I want to kick that man in the balls so bad. I think it would benefit us both.
Part of it is that most major mergers were US-only. Not much the UK or EU regulators can do about that.
I’m wondering how much of it has to do with this deal involving Microsoft and them being the “poster child” (more or less) of antitrust legislation back in the day.
Antitrust legislation is not solely concerned with monopolies...
So what’s the deal? Why do I feel like I always have to charge a PlayStation controller like once every two days? Xbox controllers like once a week? And Nintendo controllers are charged by the blood of the old gods and only need to be refueled once every galactic heat death?
Good. We don’t need more monopolies. In the long run it usually doesn’t end well for everyone except the shareholders.
Jesus Christmas. That fucking thumbnail for the interview at the end of the article is like a demon staring directly into your soul. Could we get a NSFL warning on that thing?
Only on a Nintendo platform does this seem like a good deal.
The tall and short sticks aren’t really there to help you grip the controller, they’re mostly there to help adjust how sensitive you want the sticks to be. Tall sticks means more sensitivity, which means less movement for your thumbs to make to cross larger distances than shorter sticks. A good config for FPS games…
