Ya know, you can consider me a convert. I never did get these Demon Souls games till I actually did. My decision to retry Bloodborne after years of never playing it got me hooked. I even got the Old Hunters DLC. It’s such a fun time.
The only people who wants to “both sides” something is always the one in the wrong who is trying to spew their hate, it’s never “both sides” on the right side of a conversation about tolerance for others who are different and not harming people.
You do not have to prove originality or origination to file a copyright or trademark, you just have to be the first to have yours accepted (which can be in error).
Yeah I hope it makes combat better. Combat in w3 was fine in that it didn’t detract from the game, but it was pretty button mashy and not super deep.
My guess is that Cyberpunk broke the camels back enough that the studio decided it was too much effort trying to keep up their own internal engine when there are extremely robust engines in the market that can (and do) handle what they want to do going forward. Now instead of having a team dedicated to trying to duct…
Say whaaaat?
The DMCA was a HUGE FUCKING MISTAKE.
The legendary difficulty adjusts in such a way for 3 players that I would say if you can’t trust that the other 2 players are good/willing to coordinate and synergize with you, you’re better off just attempting it solo or with a buddy. Enemies who you could previously deal with in one to two hits with a special weapon…
Okay, a troll then, got it.
Honestly, the music is almost too good - the stuff that plays whilst you’re just sitting in orbit is a little too high-key (pun also intended) for me. I’m messing around in my menus and whatnot and meanwhile the music’s just giving off this impression of relentless dread... which doesn’t exactly make comparing guns or…
My take on that was the the article’s title was referencing the campaign itself, whereas the ‘is it better than Taken King or Forsaken’ was referencing more the expansion in its entirety and the general state of the game at large (which encompasses significantly more than just the handful of missions comprising the…
The plot missions for seasons are free, it’s only specific activities that are not free. You will be fine Stadia-ing this mission, or otherwise you could try one of console streaming methods.
If you have a solid enough internet connection and access to a laptop, play it on Stadia as it is free. It’s not ideal, but I did it at work today to avoid spoilers LOL
The bizarre thing was that I’d architected most of their software as a contractor, been heavily involved with investor engagement, and essentially designed the whole platform the company ran on. All while working remotely from Australia. I felt I had plenty of leverage, but clearly they disagreed.
A few years ago, I worked at a startup that “swiftly made changes”.
Yeah, changes like crunch and layoffs.
They can! Like the decision to swiftly lay off a bunch of contract QA workers they said would be getting hired on full-time. Couldn’t do that as easily or quickly if those workers were unionized!
It’s like, these fucking people....do they think workers are unionising for fun? For a laugh? The history of unionisation is that it comes about when conditions for workers SUCK SO BADLY that they feel they have no other choice.
People might be surprised to find that many scientists use the same methods over and over, so when we’re reporting their results we sometimes get called out for plagiarism…of the last thing we wrote, particularly the methods section. It’s pretty weird how it makes sense to put the same (or nearly identical) text to…
