Just got to the Island (Chapter 5) in RE4, so it’s all in on Leon’s Wild Euro Vacation until the credits roll (and then diving into the side content modes). One thing I’ve enjoyed from both this and my Nioh playthrough is finding smaller streamers playing the same older games as well—I’ve found two really fun small

This week, I played none of the games that I’ve been making major progress on. No Dark Souls; no Ys VII; no... I don’t remember what else.

I messed around with Grim Dawn, and coming off my Skyrim completion last fallish, I figured I’d fire up Oblivion. I also dug Hammerwatch out of my library and had a surprisingly

I’ve made three separate attempts to play. I get to about the same part each time and inevitably get sidetracked. But it really is a great game.

I think one of my main complaints (which isn’t really that big a deal) is that it has Ubisoft map. Do you really need to have 5000 question marks and quest markers everywhere?

I’m playing through Witcher 3 for the first time. The second one bored me so bad that I put it down after a little over 20 hours and never picked it back up again, so I’ve avoided Wild Hunt since it came out. But about a week ago I figured I’d give it a shot. And so far, so good.

I was pretty sure in my teens that I would be fully tattooed by age 25, but also knew I get sick of things fast and also got over a phase of wanting one for the sake of wanting one, and never coming up with anything particularly special. So still to this day I am completely bare.

I have three total tattoos because I will not get a tattoo on a whim, I have to want it for over a year before I pull the trigger.

Depends on what they choose to leak though and given the tone I doubt this is someone with journalistic integrity on their mind.

“epically” at that. The cringe is real.

How embarrassing.

Given the guy who was meant to be leading Anthem 2.0 was shifted to Dragon Age 4 after the management departures late last year and there’s been no real update for the game since just shy of a whole year ago I think they’ve clearly made their minds up already even if it hasn’t been formalised.

Can’t wait to finally play this!

My arms are pretty much covered and my legs are getting there. As a very hairy guy, the rest of my body seems kinda off limits. They’d just get buried on my chest. I can empathize with your plight.

I’ve gotten tattoos over moles, though. They say it’s a bad idea, but fuck it.

I put my PS4 Control save on permanent hiatus so I could download the PS5 version from plus and play it on the new generation once I decide to get one. I like the game a lot, but even my PS Pro is struggling to make it look decent sometimes.

I do like the Elite Knight Armor just because it’s the Dark Souls armor. And it looks cool. But swapping out of it kind of feels like if I swapped Mario or Link out of their outfits. Also, it’s decently protective, but still gives you a little bit of mobility to dodge in a pinch.

I haven’t checked if they’re

I got a little ways in to RE4 last weekend and I’m planning to get back into that, but I charged up my 3DS and not only finished an existing playthrough of 999, but burned through ALL THE TEXT to get the “real” ending of it yesterday. Decent puzzles, had to laugh that the “final boss” was a sudoku puzzle, and the

Continuing through Hitman 3. This is the first Hitman game that I’ve really sunk into and it’s been wonderful. I’ve always been a huge stealth fan, mainly MGS, Splinter Cell, Dishonored, but never got into Hitman for some reason. Now I’m meticulously completing every challenge and just made it to the third level. I’ve

Dark Souls, Ys VIII, and whatever else. I watched a retrospective on the Dragon Age games this week and that kind of gave me an itch to take another crack at Origins. But I have files in both Pathfinder Kingmaker and Pillars of Eternity that I should probably focus on if I’m going to play another RPG.

I took down

I’m about halfway through Star Wars Episode 1: Racer for the Switch. Goddamn does that game hold up. The polygonal graphics still look great for a game from the 64-bit era, and I can’t think of any other games that nail the tight controls but still feels like you’re being dragged by a jet engine that you can barely

Over the week I started Silent Hill 2: HD. The game’s controls are terrible, and I still did not understand what all my available actions were even after looking at the controls menu. The game’s camera angles are even worse. Yet, I still want to keep playing, as I am a bank that accepts atmosphere and tension building
