Where I grew up, for whatever reason, your “lettuce/ tomato/ pickle/ onion/ cheese & mayo/ mustard/ ketchup” is almost always listed as a “California Burger,” and it’s as classic as either a plain hamburger or a plain cheeseburger.
Strangely enough, a couple bars around here primarily end up with women as their bartenders & servers (usually no men apply, dudestend to apply more for kitchen staff at both places), and at both bars, it’s pretty similar.
