You don’t seem to understand what an allergy is. Serving gluten to someone with a gluten allergy can kill them. Servers, for obvious reasons, have to take this extremely seriously. Chefs must now clear all surfaces of the allergen. Did you take any Biology courses? We’re talking molecules here.
