Julia has been on record saying how awful the SNL environment was at the time and how she was sexually harassed there (she straightened her hair for a sketch and a producer told she was now f*ckable).

I always assumed they were Paris' childhood friends and their parents were friends and they were entertained by her ridiculous Paris-ness.
Or not have an IUD?
DC is bursting at the seams with grad school and law school interns. This, of course, assumes Jonah could actually get into any type of post-secondary education program…
I really hope Selina, not Jonah, is the Trump character. She at least can have showmanship and charisma when she wants to. I do not want to see her as Jonah's VP, which is where I feel we're headed.
Agreed. Loved season 5. Commenters noted above that some original writers stayed around for season 5 and left season 6.
beer(?) mug? Whiskey mug? Why am I forgetting what type of liquor is in this mug!
Honestly, I still think it's the best show on TV right now. It just feels much more scattered and less directed than previous seasons, which each had a clear goal (campaign, Presidential congressional vote, etc).
I agree Selina showed significant emotional vulnerability this episode, but re-watching last season, Tom was the best choice for VP — Amy suggested him multiple times before quitting in outrage. Selina later said she didn't want him because of their prior history/her crush.
Even at normal colleges rich kids are vastly overrepresented. See: https://www.nytimes.com/int…
Dance lifting requires a different skill set than weight lifting (namely where one's balance is). Also the woman being lifted must have very strong abs to hold the position — it's not just the man lifting the woman, the woman must also help lift herself.
Xan's struggle to fit it makes little sense — IRL there are plenty of Xan types at Columbia and she would easily make friends.
I keep trying to give Maggie the benefit of the doubt (why?) but then she kept blabbering to April about Jackson being her "baby daddy" and I wanted to vomit.
Yeah — on another site all the commenters were screaming incest. I would have loved to respond: do you know what incest is? Do you know what siblings are? But that's feeding the trolls and I'm too tired for that ish.
I have never understood the love for Jackson/April. They are both so boring. I liked April last week and tonight. More sassy competent non-whiny April sans-Jackson please!
Columbia Presbyterian made their own resident wait in the ER for 72hours before she got treatment. It's ER is a nightmare all the time.
She's also a former senator from Maryland (solidly Dem)
Hilltern here: all of Veep's hill episodes are scarily realistic starting from season 1. GW Hospital too… Honestly maybe all of their DC sets look exactly like DC.
Logan is cheating on his fiancé. They're both horrible.
