Lol rarely are gas stations owned individually (meaning, the owner of this Chevron is fine, insured, and likely has 10+ other stores. Chevrons are like McDonalds, the cost of entry is so high that it’s not just joe schmos buying and operating them. 

It’s amazing what a person can get away with if they just aren’t too greedy or dumb.
