100%, the owner couldn’t even be bothered to pony up a few more grand for a supercharger kit, which would still be a minor value detractor but wouldn’t reflect so poorly on the owner/car as a whole.

I know — nitrous is so out of character with the purpose of this car, and the fact that it’s in there speaks volumes of the car’s previous owner(s) and screams that this thing’s been abused. (in case the stickers didn’t already tip you off).
Nah. If I wanted to spring for something this special, I’d prepare to pony up the extra coin for one with a clean title, unpunished engine (nitrous — really?) and properly fettled kit.
You can get a better one for the same or less money. This one sold last year with fewer miles, no wash title issues, and no mods for the same money. Plus it’s the more desirable 3.2L/6-speed car.
If you have the money to buy this and you want one so badly, keep saving your pennies until you can buy one that’s less of a crapshoot. ND.
Good luck getting a the hybrid without a markup or waitlist though. The gas equivalent is easier to get.

One weird trick big petroleum doesn't want you to know, but they can't stop you!
Since it’s a peltier device, you don’t need to put it in the flow of the exhaust. you can literally put it on the outside of the exhaust and it’ll generate electricity off of how hot the damn exhaust is.
For anyone who thinks my sarcasm is not warranted, here is some perspective:
I wired it backwards and almost died!
On a passenger car, this seems like more trouble than its worth. 40 watts is a tiny fraction of the output of a typical alternator (>1,000 W)
Wow, scientists have discovered a way to extract energy from internal combustion engines (a 230+ year old technology) using a Peltier device, which was created in 1834. How revolutionary!
I remember reading about this exhaust system in PopSci 20 years ago. Its just Peltier cycle semi-conductors. They didn’t pursue it then for the same reasons they wont now - the output isn’t even close to worth it for the cost.
The antithesis to this is the Escalade IQ which has no start sequence.
My BRZ has a pretty silly startup sequence thanks to my tune. The ECUTEK tune adds four switchable maps to the car, and I really didn’t need more than one, so I asked for a valet tune as the second one, and an anti-theft tune as the third. So if I’m parking my car for an extended period, or somewhere sketchy, I leave…
Schumacher was a guest appearance, they just played it as a Stig for that specific episode because he drove his own FXX and to drum up the viewership. You can see his name in the credits as a Guest.
Fun fact, Ferrari released only one factory matte black Enzo and a factory matte black Enzo FXX. Both were Schumacher’s.
Oh that part I DIDN’T know. Side note, how many times have you re-watched Top Gear in its entirety? It’s gotta be close to a dozen times for me. I have every season up until Clarkson got fired, and the ones with Matt Leblanc. I was even able to find the FIRST season with Jason Dawe about 10 years ago. I’m gonna look…
This is correct. And it was his personal FXX.
