I popped my headlights out, wet sanded them, polished, UV blocking clear coated, buffed, clear coated again, buffed again.

At best, it’s completely forgettable. I always thought this was such a huge miss for Pontiac. I find it hard to believe somebody couldn’t have come up with a design that at least hinted back to the original without looking completely derivative. Or just something that looked good, period.

These things are rockets. Primo interstate flyers. And with an LS-2, there are all kinds of performance parts available if you want to strap a booster on this ride. I’m pretty confident this thing has served faithfully up and down I-44, which is certainly prime highway stomping grounds for something like this.

I went NP because I think this is within negotiating distance. It appears to be in good condition, but I’d like to see under those seat covers.

These haven’t gotten any better looking over the last couple decades. The mind knows the performance is there but looking like an oversized Cavalier does it no favors. I’ll take my $18K and go shopping for a used Hemi Challenger instead, so I can turn around when I leave it and admire it rather that tolerate it.

I see those pads on the seats and think geriatric person, and hopefully the car was babied and well cared for.

I worked on the DC-DC converter project, did the mechanical engineering work - the casting design, and connection. It’s an aluminum housing with fins, potted inside. This is the first time I’ve ever seen the finished van. I didn’t think anything ever came of the project.

Ah, a great $2,800 find. Would dail....... wait, HOW much do you want for it!?

some American automakers were experimenting with bringing an EV to market decades before General Motors, including Dodge, GM’s direct rival. One of Dodge’s early efforts is currently for sale online.

You used to get these with the WRX like 15 years ago

Seeing some of these cars next to each other is interesting.
The Trax looks relatively modern and pleasant.
The Tuscon is sticking to those origami creases that need to go away.
And the Grand Cherokee looks like 1995.

I think it’s more correct to say that a reckless asshole making a very stupid decision to play with a drone in the vicinity of firefighting air traffic is really what led to the collision

The fact that they bumped the price into low earth orbit isn’t the problem.

Don’t know where you’re living but there are over 275K Mavericks out there.  Seeing a large percentage being used for businesses.

I mean it’s not like anything we have heard before, but also exactly like stuff we have heard before.  It’s a rock hitting concrete at high speed so it sounds like a rock hitting concrete at high speed, the difference this rock is from space lol.

DJI believes that Remote ID is an adequate replacement for geofencing.

Yeah, are they cracking down on hotels jacking up their prices?

I love the “well fuck you then” take from DJI, it’s a refreshing change from all the orange-nosing.

And yet, the city’s issue wasn’t necessarily with the absurd price but with the fact that the parking lot owner didn’t fill out the right paperwork.”

Cause I’ve never really wanted a Lite Brite in a car.
