I’m confused, how is Tarantino associated with The Shape of Water? I’m not finding him on the IMDB page for the film...

I love Tom Hiddleston, but I don’t think he’s weird enough to be the Goblin King. Tilda would be absolutely perfect.

It’s basically ingestion vs. injection. Poison is the former (and includes toxins absorbed through the skin); venom is delivered with something pointy like teeth or fangs or a stinger.

With a lot of planning, he could have killed them with a bomb. With a knife and a lot of stealth, he probably could have. With a bat, he certainly would not have been able to kill two people and severely wound a third — bludgeoning takes too much time, he would have either been stopped or someone would have run away.

So

What an amazing professional he is. I am extremely impressed that he just continued playing.

That’s not true — Sansa remains unmarried in the books. (Well, technically still to Tyrion, but that marriage was unconsummated.) There has been no rape for her.

It could be either, but “Honkie” does imply that the writer isn’t white.

Jesse Williams as Finnick Odair.

Oh, it was definitely that too.

Laura Ingalls praises her sister Mary for sleeping in a corset and credits it as the reason Mary's waist is so fashionably small, so maybe Katrina's used to it?

How odd. The "last of her kind" line didn't land at all for me... I could feel all the emotion it should have evoked, lying there inert beneath a lead blanket of "eh."

I'm not loving this incarnation of the Doctor, which is odd because Capaldi is a great actor. Some issue with the direction, perhaps.

I love you. It's probably a 2.5 or so on the Sculder Scale.

It's been so long since I watched that show that I can't remember any context for any of those scenes. Do you? If so please hit me up so I can read it and love it the way it deserves.

You can actually skip the "scratch line" by using compass 2 to duplicate the larger circle centered on point A, and then making the ray starting at that same point.

I realize I am an ignoramus, but what show is this?

mont saint michel?

You, sir or madam, are exactly right. And a genius.

The rainbow hills of the Danxia scenic area in China should be on this list for sure. Also Halong Bay, in Vietnam.
