It seems more like they took alien tech and wound up creating the same stuff they would have created anyway (iPhones and drones and stuff). That seems somehow realistic.

As someone who taught myself for years to be able to draw portraits and likenesses, it’s not just about the end result, but also the process. You’re not just developing the skill, you’re developing your eye, how you perceive things. It’s kind of like meditation in a way.

I still only have, like, four games for my N64, and they’re all ones I had in 96-97.

Man, I remember a year or two ago this Kickstarter went up for a flat PC, the idea was that it would fit cleanly behind your flatscreen, sandwhiched between your mount so you could have a customizable PC without having this big box standing around. Brilliant idea. Didn’t get funded.

I want to see the animated show that would spawn a toy like that.

I like this ride

(weaving about) “I’m not drunk, yer drunk! I’m the greatesht hunter ever.... and I’M gonna hunt the Spider Man....”

CM Sans Serif + Gaussian blur = matching the GIF.

Yeah... the falcon doors are cool, but it looks real strange to have both. Wonder why they didn’t go with suicide doors.

Just noticed Ms. Grundy.

It’ll realy only work if you’re hanging aroud someone who’s earnestly into the spirit of Halloween and trying their best with dismal results.

Oh man, look at those venom eyes they’re shooting at each other! We know Jughead was rich, meaning he and Ronni HAVE to have an ecnounter in the past, and knowing this comic, we’ll never find out what it is, but I gotta know!

He be at sea, laddie, lootin’, pillagin’, an’ ignorin’ proper instructions!

I’ve been wondering, I’ve seen some amazing stuff created with Unreal Engine... but is it good enough to make an animated film? The backgrounds and lighting are fantastic, and I can see why it’s great for games, but if you wanted to program characters and so on, would it feel like “lip flapping” puppets, or could it

I don’t know BEST, but first.

Oh man, I dig the low poly design of the landscape.

I’m imagining a mix of Jet Set Radio Future and Splatoon, set in the 70s.

This combined with those flaoting whale things makes me REALLY want to see this artists’ take on Serpenterra and that Insectavore spaceship from Masked Rider USA.

Oh, definitely inspired by some of these.

Montalban is also no longer with us. I assume these shots are digital trickery.
