The thing is, Fox looked into replacing the cast quite a while ago, as insurance against this sort of thing happening ,but no one in the voice acting field would touch the roles. So I think it might very well be the end of a whole slew of characters... and perhaps an infusion of several new ones.

All the visionaries are working with pencil and paper. The anime always looks ten years more advanced than anything else in the world while the live action always looks ten years old (this really fascinated me in college watching Chinese flicks, it was like they had uncovered all these awesome flicks made in the 80s…
