I love love love Shania Twain.

Sure, it’s inappropriate. But also pretty easy to navigate. Just don’t join her in the grousing, make polite nods, and then roll your eyes when she’s gone away. Pretty typical in-law stuff IMHO.

In the world of in-law sins, complaining about the spouse ranks pretty low. Let the old woman vent.

Something about not crossing bridges. You don’t have to take care of her if she’s old. There are many good facilities and you say she also has her own children.

Your step-MIL is not the person who’s coming across as toxic here.

Minimize the time you spend with her but be kind when you’re together. When she’s dead you’ll regret the times you were unkind, never the times you were kind. I speak from a certain amount of experience.

I gained 30 actual lbs which is a bit more than necessarily but peed away like 15 lbs in the first postpartum weeks. This was a problem for

If it were only that simple.

You’re an idiot if you think wiping or washing gets rid of literally millions of microscopic organisms.

You’d be surprised how many fecal particles are all over the place, even if you think you’ve cleaned yourself.

UTIs exist because sex in all its forms is Satan’s dirty, disgusting, and evil work and treatment should not be covered by insurance because women will continue to be promiscuous if they can get easy treatment.

That’s not what the article is about.

Yes.
