Unlike Mazepin and Stroll, Norris didn't earn a seat through his father's involvement in F1. Racing is a very expensive sport and to even reach F1, significant money needs to be spent - but there is a difference between buying a seat through investment in the team and having talent to earn the seat. By all accounts,

Nick Latifi sounds way less entitled. And unlike Latifi and Mazepin, Stroll is sitting in a car that can contend the midfield, which is, I think, Bradley's point.

There’s an article written about this on Jalopnik.

While it makes sense to me, it rings so weird. Nothing about Hamilton says he wants the competition. I half thought they’d keep everyone in place for another year, wait for Hamilton to retire maybe next year at the top of his game given the new 2022 car regulations, and bring in Russell to fill in his shoes. George

I noticed it on episode one to the point that when we watch my wife goes “yes yes he looks like a computer character”.

This. At this point there was no way to make it right, no way to postpone, no way to cancel without severely affecting Spa itself. If it hadn’t been the first race in a triple-header it would have been a different story altogether, I think, but even then postponing for today would have been a massive issue with

That makes sense but it makes the qualifying effort pointless which would have penalized Williams. What they really should have done is done half points based off of qualifying, done the two laps (because that’s the way they make the race count legally) but LET PEOPLE KNOW what they were doing instead of waiting it

This is, at best, a first world perspective. Fact is that other places in the world don’t have as fast an internet connection to make downloading PS5 games viable without hitting data caps or being throttled by your ISP. Why would I want to wait half a day to download something when I can go to the store and get it

Bottas came from Williams so I doubt he'd enjoy such an obvious backtracking of his career. But he might not have a choice.

Jesus, I keep forgetting that.

Pretty sure the championship in the future will be a Lando vs Russell fight, long after Lewis and Max leave the stage.

Vettel was a class act, stopping to check on Lando like that.

I think the big question is how Williams is using its newfound resources to adapt to 2022, with the new car and rules and such. Given that it might all be wildly different to this year, Mercedes might want to keep George at Williams to give him a year to adapt and then bring him to Mercedes in 2023.

I would have honestly recommended a 3 over a 6.

Ask yourself: what kind of person showers this car with praise? And why?

I wonder if there’s something in the books that prevents them from doing that.

If getting other teams to pay for damage they’ve done to your car is approved, would Nikita Mazepin become more or less valuable to Haas?

I wonder if the pump failed due to damage done to the car during the Turn 1 crash.

Out on the town having the time of my life with a bunch of friends. They’re all just out of frame, laughing too."
