Not really?
Not really?
I can't say I'm surprised by the verdict. But reading this review *did* make me resubscribe to his podcast. I miss that man's voice in my ear.
I could read Teti talking about TPiR every day.
I did too, the first time I attempted it.
The trick of the movie is that it's not exactly a documentary, not really. It's more like a long-form piece of video art. The opening "movement" about the baking powder can is more of a music video than anything. (And a good one.) There are a lot of subtle in-jokes for fans of…
"From George RO-me-RO to FUL-ci" fits the meter better
Yes. Halfway through, I started thinking, "This is very good — I'm going to have to leave a comment saying so."
Except for the Arizona part, that all sounds very familiar!!
Some MONSTER rated the Dumb Starbucks episode of Nathan For You a B-Plus.
I did my part, and you'll all be happy to know that the average now sits at an A-Minus.
A bunk bed. Because… sleeping in a bunk bed is suicide??
Brilliant, insanely funny episode. I even laughed at Nathan uncertainly crossing his arms in the logo bumper at the end of the promo for next week's episode. The voiceover was totally on-point this week, especially during the Lie Detector segments.
Heh, heh! Looks like bad news for the… "Simpso" family!
Zahn actually looks like he's putting in a pretty amazing performance, at least from this trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watc… He uses subconscious cues so well and so naturally as an actor (twirling his finger while saying "change people's minds;" punctuating his syllables with pointing, confident jabs as he lays…
"God, I have so many great albums. I love my albums. I love them, I love them. Here's an album."
I am shocked, absolutely shocked, that nobody is discussing this week's rib-tickling episode of Keith and the Girl.
Honestly, it's been on a roll for at least the past year and there are no real running gags, so you can start just about anywhere. Try the Best-Ofs, or pick an episode featuring comedians you enjoy (I'm a big fan of any episode with Paul Rust, Andy Daly, Horatio Sanz or Tim Meadows).
Kodner is damn right about Improv4Humans.
Good Christ, remember when the most lowbrow thing on A&E was NewsRadio?
I'm pretty sure Underwood's party affiliation's been clear since episode one.
I'm surprised Rabin didn't mention Matthew Broderick's incredible cameo.
