I’m impressed by MOPAR’s ability to keep churning out cash grabs on dated platforms like this. They made like 30 different “final edition” chargers and challengers at a huge markup and sold every last one of them in minutes, even though that platform is just about old enough to vote.

This is a silly article, and I’m not sure exactly what point it is trying to prove. Most of these are either expected to be low-volume, or are currently launching. I don’t think calling them the “worst-selling” is fair. It would be more interesting if you posted an article looking at the vehicles with the biggest YoY…
I am surprised to not see any recommendations, other than in the comments, for the wagon version of the Taurus, the Flex. He already said his dad likes the Taurus and its features, he just wants a higher ride height and 2 full rows.
So no American or German, I assume for perceived reliability reasons, and the suggested cars are German (not necessarily unreliable but an 11 year old M car is for sure), British (actually bad reliability), and a car with terrible visibility when the top is up...
