I mean, they only made like four of them. The fake (Subaru) 9-2X and (TrailBlazer) 9-7X, and the realistic 9-3 and 9-5. BMW makes more 4-series variations alone.

The 9-2X was a Saaburu, the 9-3X wasn’t. It was just generic GM nothingness.

I’m 32, and I remember the ‘90s quite distinctly. Back then, all of my friends parents’ drove around in Explorers or Expeditions (or their Mercury/Lincoln derivatives).

A Model S Performance Ludicrous for $100k is almost something of a bargain, considering they were $20k more expensive last week.

I agree with this statement, but which engine would they have sold it with? A cheap option with Nissan’s 3.5 VQ? Or an expensive version with their own 3.0 TT V6? The only real MB engine you can get is the 350d, and that never would’ve made it to the States.

Of all the E90 pictures out there, you chose one of a 335i

For a split sec, I thought it was gonna have one of those weird ‘80s Mercedes one wiper set ups. But no. It was just an out of sync passenger wiper.

Genuinly, this scenario happened to me when I was a BMW salesman about 7.5 years ago.

That made me smirk harder than than I’d like to admit.

Now playing

Brings me back to that infamous Tsuru/3rd gen Sentra crash test:

I’m about an hour’s drive from that car. I’m gonna send him an e-mail. I probably wouldn’t pay $7,500, but I’d say he’s in the ballpark. Maybe 10% too high?

Thoughts and Prayers for that poor bastard

The going rate for ANY used Saab.

Not to nitpick, but Audi does offer “RS performance / plus” models on their higher end RS cars. They even did with the 5-cylinder models in their previous generations.

1996 wasn’t the last year for Supras.

I love those C126s, and a nice black or navy blue (boring, I know) would be the one I’d try to find.

Nahhh

You’re “spending” $300k and want simple? Puh-leeze.

Not the first, and not the last. 10 years ago we had the Mini E.
