Oy, I have a modest lawn. I know neighbors who use upwards of 20000 gallons per month.

My gas bill in the summer, when gas is used only to heat water, is less than $20, of which about $15 is fixed cost. So lowering the hot water temperature is nonsense, especially when considering that clothes must be washed with 130F water in order to kill odor-causing bacteria.
Why are speculators quickly blamed when gas prices go up but never when they come down?
Some replies to my post only highlight that even tyrannies depend on the consent of the people to thrive, as we saw in Egypt. It's amazing how many people are quick to justify draconian measures our of fear of monsters in the dark.
A dumbass indeed and Delta is free to decide who they'll fly, but four days in custody for inflating himself at a pretty lady? No wonder we have the largest prison population... in the world.
The Leaf is.
While true, it won't continue to be as cheap.
Because it builds the 300C.
I read an article in a foreign magazine that they disproved it for fuel-injected cars. While this was true to carbureted cars, it seems that the ECU won't send any more gas to the engine than the stoichiometric ratio, even with the throttle wide-open. Of course, why get a stick to drive like an idiot?
Because the Corvette is built in Bowling Green, KY.
I am against any business from which I am mandated by law to purchase services from, like insurance companies.

Brand gas supposedly does some QA of its franchisees. In my own experience, I got clogged injectors, likely because of dirt in the station tanks, once too many times. Not worth the quarter saved per tank of gas.
Fiat has been bailed out by the Italian taxpayer every couple of decades. Buying Chrysler when there's no down side is just irresistible.
Ahem, imported from Seoul?
The Mammoth Car!
I was fascinated by the Chariot of Lost in Space. The episodes where it appeared made my week!
The Ssangyong Rodius. On 2nd thought, no, I don't think that it ever seemed like a good idea.
The styling details on the Lancia Thesis are amazing, but in the whole the car had just too much to go wrong.
