Okay this explains some things which I was getting a little confused by recently. In my (albeit Australian) Masters of Architecture, we had a bunch of international students come over from China etc which was fine and great and yay new friends, EXCEPT they all helped each other build their models, with their rendering

Exactly? He would speak Cambodian and English fluently so learning Korean might not be that difficult.

He’s been studying Korean language for ages apparently. Given he’s probably naturally bilingual from being adopted at a young age and being raised by Ange who encouraged keeping up his natural tongue, learning another language proficiently isn’t that difficult.

I've only ever been to Disneyland in Paris and I got very drunk there. It was incredibly expensive to do so, but it made the two hour queues in the freezing cold bearable.

This goes back to the Sony v Disney saga and I am really glad that Sony is sticking to their guns on this one because it genuinely frightens me how same/same all Disney owned film and TV is and I really don't want it to become our new puritan overlord. I want my swears and my sexy sexes. I want my MA 15+

Shhh let me have my carbon credit-free guilt 😢

Ballet is an elite sport. I will never again in my life be as fit as I was when I did it (although I am considering taking up lazy classes for adults because leaping in the air is really fun). Anyone who mocks it has zero understanding of the strength it requires and the discipline it instills in other parts of your

To be fair though, jumping into bed with someone else before you’ve nutted everything out is a little selfish and like I get wanting companionship, being upset and all but when I had a break with an ex I waited until we’d had a proper discussion about everything before I went on a make-out spree like no other.

I am going to be a huge Gilmore Girls nerd here and say they did use protection but it was as I misquote "a cheap Mexican one". Lane made a huge deal about it.

Seriously, I could never buy her liking Zack after being with a babe like Dave.

I am really stressed for all of the people who replied to my comment. I really hope that at the very least the election results next year does something positive for you all.

That's kind of how I feel in Aus - at the end of the day our universities all have a fairly standard level of education. Masters can be a bit more particular, but all are pretty good. It makes me really distressed to hear about Americans being stuck in this really shitty cycle which they fought so hard to escape from

Literally, my parents would be classified as high earners but no way in hell they could afford to pay for my tuition at an American University. Although, in Australia here with no local knowledge so I assume American parents tend to actually plan ahead for this for years before? Idk, but you would have to be making

Side note - I make less now with a Master's degree

You’re going to hate my, but I was doing $20 an hour when I was 12 years old, and by the time I was 18 it was $50. Rich people pay goooood.

The thing I hated most is that they continued the series post season 1. Giving any sort of closure of continuing story line creates the false image that Hannah lived on in any sense and that presents all sorts of issues which could really fuck with young people who aren’t fully aware of their own mortality and just

I feel like she'd be a really fun time to hang out with. I love a red wine appreciater with a sense of giggly humour.

Agreed. He needs to be punished, and reformed. He needs to be shown now WHILE his brain is developing that this shit is wrong and *hopefully* he will actually go on to be a productive member of society after this. Unfortunately it looks like nothing will happen, he'll fall into a position of power and abuse it for the

I loved OG Aunt Viv! I actually can't watch past when she was replaced. She was too essential to the show.

I agree with you quite a lot. From an architecture perspective, I know being critical of architecture is important because as architects we are trained to be highly critical and can take it, and as you said it’s a tangible product - people use it, it needs to be good...but I also think that modern architecture gets a
