That actually is their policy. As long as you, the attacker, proclaim your allegiance with ISIS first, they’re happy to endorse whatever attacks your perform. You don’t even need to meet or train with them.

Fucking thank you! I’m a guy and I love Braveheart, and I have absolutely no problem* with Victoria changing a few things. It’s pretty good and captures the spirit of the times and the personas of the people in the story. It doesn’t matter, really, that a few things have been changed.
