I think Droid Inc 2 stops at 7.2, but I'll check. Thanks for the tip.

Happy Friday one and all. I just rooted my Inc 2 this week and added Cyanogenmod 7.2. So, what next? Any tips on what apps to add or how best to put a rooted phone to use? I'm still stuck with an old version of Android, but it is newer than what I had before.
@ultimatejimmy If you don't use your phone a lot I would recommend Page Plus Cellular. For $30/year I get 300 minutes of voice, way more than I need. They support both basic phones and smartphones. I have had a basic Samsung flip phone on this, plus a Blackberry; now I have an HTC Inc 2. If you go with them I…
@Romsy Good catch on Voyager; I knew I was missing a show.
There are "exception episodes" to what I am about to tell you, but in general you can break the newer series down into themes. TOS with William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy started it all. I grew up with TNG; both of these series tend to focus on the ships going out and encountering adventure. Deep Space 9 (DS9) took…
Craig's Star Trek question got me thinking. I subscribe to a SF book club and have noticed so many different Star Wars books and series by a great number of authors. Does anyone have experience with any of these series? Are there some that are considered canonical? Are there specific authors to focus on or avoid? …
Pardon the repost but I got no hits last week:
I wonder if Gawker could automatically delete any messages using "tinyurl.com" ?
I bought an HTC Incredible 2 on ebay (and love it!) but cannot upgrade the Android software. It is a Verizon phone but I use it with Page Plus Cellular. The OTA updates only come to phones on a Verizon account. Other than rooting the phone, is there any way that I can manually update the droid software?
Its used in the Spanish language above certain letters. Also, when stacked on itself, it means "around" or "about" in mathematics.
Have you tried SquareTrade? They just covered my new to me used phone for one year, $11.
No, I don't need it to sync in real time. I just want to be able to have my android phone sync with Outlook in a very easy manner. I should have also mentioned: I will not have a data plan; this would be a USB or wifi sync.
Does anyone have experience with the HTC software that lets you sync your HTC android phone with Outlook? I'm thinking of switching to a droid phone from my Blackberry but I need a phone that can sync calendars with Outlook. I heard HTC offers desktop software to this end similar to BB. Can anyone tell me how well…
Pardon my ignorance, but what is the reference? Every time you post I have wondered what name is all about.
Whitson, I am trying to play your playlist (trance) but I keep getting a notice from Spotify that this song is not available in the US (the first two songs). Is there a way around this?
I don't remember what catalog I saw it in, but there is a mat that is made that you can lay out on a sofa (or table) that will give a very light shock when a cat jumps on it.
How did you install android on the card?
Thanks for the tip. I don't know where you are located, but I have been able to use my Blackberry 8330 smartphone without a data plan through PagePlus Cellular [http://www.pagepluscellular.com/default.aspx] . They use the Verizon network and are a prepaid service.
How did you install android on the card? Was there a site that guided you?
I have the Nook Simple Touch with Glowlight.
