It's going to happen anyway. The electorate — and even the internet — doesn't have the stamina to continue to mount opposition to the bill and its descendants every time they come up in Congress. The media corporations will wait us out.

I'm very glad to see the Black Company books on this list. The Books of the South and The Silver Spike spin-off are mediocre, but the original trilogy and the Glittering Stone books are fantastic.
