I mean from your keyboard to Atlus’ ears, but the only thing they seem to have vaguely confirmed is the Answer DLC. It’s been maddening that they haven’t even mentioned the *possibility* for FemMC as well, so of course people are going to take it into their own hands. “How dare you mod this game to include something I…
I would sincerely rather they remove it altogether. I’ve been playing since Persona 1. For a game series about breaking taboos, fighting rumors, analyzing your humanity and death, seeking truth and “sticking it to the man” (to throw a few of the themes throughout the titles), the Directors that have taken over since…
It’s easier for me to list what series actually DO work for me!
And not because I’m some super cultured game snob who poo-poos everything else; my brain just seems to either go FULL throttle with a series (Fatal Frame, Persona, Silent Hill, Space Channel 5, Shadow Hearts, most Vanillaware games), or not really into…
This definitely looks intriguing and I hope it fills the P.T-shaped hole in my heart ;-;
Not a GTA player (and never played the original Vice City), but I will say that they NAILED the vibe of Miami. I will definitely sit at my friend’s session because I’m insanely curious to walk around this world, I’m betting it’s going to feel bizarre lol
Konami has confirmed that that was a mistype, there isn’t going to be a Pyramid head origin story. While they were vague with what it really meant, (and we can’t be certain since it’s not out yet) the fandom is *pretty* sure they were referencing the “Born From a Wish” scenario featuring Maria that you could play in…
I can’t believe we went from the ominous, amazing conversation between James and Maria in the labriynth between prison bars (“Aren’t you Maria?” “I’m not your Mary” “So you’re Maria?” “I am... if you want me to be”.)
It was insane to me that you couldn’t type “scam” or “Hideo Kojima”, but racism was RAMPANT in that chat. At one point during Day 2, an Asian woman who was part of the dev team was featured talking about her role in making the game. For the 2 seconds I happened the chat, I saw the most VILE words being spewed. But…
My Vita ended up being a Persona (1-4) and Vanillaware Games (Muramasa et. all) Machine and for that alone it will always have my heart. I definitely played it way, WAY more than the PS3 I had at the time.
I love, love this game. I remember the announcement on E3, I remember being extremely excited for the release (this era was a gaming desert to me- it seemed that the time of whacky AA games was dead, so to see something close to that was a breath of fresh air to me). I was a queer young woman in college with a sparkly…
I totally savescum! My enjoyment from BG3 is crafting a narrative that I like for my character. I did the same in Dragon Age, especially Inquisition (to the point where one day I re-did my entire playthrough with the same character to tweak some outcomes I preferred. Softened Leilana or bust).
Do I sometimes let…
I’ll be real with y’all, the articles on the relationships/romances are what got me to try the game in the first place 🤷♀️ I love a good adventure story with romance sim options! Dragon Age had been my favorite in that regard and now I’m having a blast with this.
I finally got the ability to speak to the dead yesterday and I cannot tell you how many corpses I prod for information to be sure if their death was a “ horrible accident” or caused by the actual person asking me for help lol
My superpower is that seeing so many saves gives me anxiety, so at the end of all my playthroughs I clean it out and just keep the “ big moments” in. Thank goodness too, as I’m VERY addicted to save scumming haha
You put some respect on the name of Barbie Generation Girl, I spent HOURS on that game to the point where my life goal was to move to New York to be a dancer like Barbie (spoiler: it did not happen). and tbh, the music is surprisingly really good lol
“ I had figured out how to use my abilities to circumvent it entirely. From then on, I finally understood just how much power I had in my disposal, and I ended up applying that logic to things beyond puzzles, as well”
This is where I, as a newbie to the series, went from “ this is fun” to “I’m going to be insufferable…
Oh god I do recall Anime Friends being especially squeezed, most notably in vendor tables. My best memories were just going to the smaller cons in Florianopolis or Itajaí (sdds Aniventure aaa).
I swear that interview haunts me. As an example, it explained SO much about the...choices in Persona 3. It’s the reason I preferred the female protagonist route on Vita. While things have improved for the series, there’s still a lot that can be explained by that tidbit.
This was the first thing I thought of!
