This is a good take. Thanks.

Yeah, it was totally awesome and absolutely unexpected. The trooper just casually told me he’s gonna arrest me due to my paper plates (on my just acquired 996). I was dumbfounded, laughing as if he was making a joke. He got angry. Then a local stepped out of a pickup and told the trooper to head off.
He did.

This. So on point.

International flights still mostly do this.

This twisting around of words the extremists on the right have done this past year - “you’re the fascists for not tolerating my intolerance”, etc - is so infuriating. As if it’s designed to remove meaning from words, further eroding our shared concept of perceived reality.

Yup, I’ve had a highway trooper threaten to arrest me at a gas station in MA while driving through it with my temp-plated newly purchased used car.

Another local with a heavy Boston accent gave the trooper a mouthful and he eased off me.

A star from me for mentioning “Behind the Bastards”, likely the best podcast out there.

Yup, looks/sounds like tomato.

Lol.
thanks for the chuckle.

You forgot the /s (sarcasm item) there at the end.

Aside from the kittens, you got my vote.

This.

Yes, Max lifted on the straight. At this point though, Lewis didn’t have info from his team/race control that Max had to give back position. Thus the confusion on Lewis’ part. Then Max drifts left (the side where Lewis was on) and brakes hard, thus provoking a crash.

Remember, if none of them scored, Max would be

If he just naturally lifted (thus slowing down) and kept to the right of the track (the side he was already on) to let Hamilton pass, then you’d have a point. But he drifted left, thus closing the door on Hamilton, then suddenly braked.

That’s a hotheaded move, if I’ve ever seen one.

Max should get some mental training

This is the correct take.

Brake checking is dangerous.

Same, but a Renault Twingo.

Testosterone supplements may play into it as well (it’s usage is much more widespread than I had assumed, even amongst the general population).

The whole point of these attacks on vaccination was to destroy the idea of ‘public’ health, aka a realm that we’re ALL responsible for. If they could make “public health” purely personal, aka we’re all in it for ourselves, then it’s an easier fight for them. And they largely won that battle.”

I hate that you’re right.

It might have something to do with driving down tax liabilities..?

Ah, jumping on the same ‘poor men whaa whaa’ train that Jordan Peterson has been riding for a few years..

I hate fascists.
