I saw it last night with my wife, who’s only mildly interested Pokemon as a result of me never shutting up about it. We had very different expectations going in, but came out with the same opinion—

Shit, you might be right! I guess I have to tweet about it now

The first time I saw Pikachu, I felt that he was my son

Right. I always end up seeing these shitty movies at some point in time, but I never give anyone money to do so.

I never said I was going to give anyone money to see it. I’ll just wait a year or so when it drops on netflix and then cry myself to sleep for the next week thinking about Sonic’s human teeth.

I mean, both honestly.

RIGHT! Definitely had an uncomfortable cringe face the entire time.

Honestly, Pokemon Red/Blue were probably the first games I ever actually beat. I have fond memories of playing a ton of stuff on Sega Genesis, but I was never able to finish anything; just remember my dad beating Sonic 2 periodically.

yeaaah, what I meant was that P5 wasn’t going to be on Switch. I realize now that I am an idiot.

Oh, so the “S” really is for “sucks...

Yeah, i really wish these games were more widely available

Well, it does come from a place far away.

I reaaaaaaally keep hoping that the “S” stands for “Switch”

Nearly just spit out coffee. Take a star!

To this day, the Game Boy Pocket with Pokemon Red AND Blue I received for my 11th birthday remain one of my favorite gifts ever.

My parents are the same way though. Like, guys, I’m 31— I’m married, have a full time job, own a house, and take care of everything “adult” before playing video games.

So, minus 10 points for not calling it a Humbrella.

no Ivan Ooze?

I was initially going to pass on this, but after playing the demo with my wife and seeing how much she enjoyed a game for once, I’m definitely getting this on Friday. It’s not often [ever] that she asks for more to play

lol yeah, most of mine are well built too. But I definitely have some models that are fragile and like, don’t ever touch them or even look in their direction because they might just fall apart.
