I’ve certainly seen a rise in Junkrat players, but none of them seem to actually know what they should be doing... as far as the games I’ve played lately. So, I haven’t been seeing too many Junkrat POTGs.

I bought it on black friday last year for $10. I’ve played maybe a total of 5 times since then.
