I’m still looking for a traditional barber that does blood letting, leech bleedings and tooth extractions.

When I got that notification, I was on a pooper. I was fully expecting another notification saying “I can see your pee pee”.
Such a seat exists. I flew from Seattle to Hong Kong on a China Air flight where the bottom of the seat slides forward. and the bottom of the back comes with it. It’s a perfect solution. Your legroom vs. recline trade-off is entirely self-contained. It’s your own legroom you’re sacrificing when your recline, not…
Economy sears on the few SAS and Lufthansa planes I’ve had the privilege of flying do exactly this. Probably too expensive an option for our penny-pinching domestic carriers, though.
People who recline are monsters. Full stop.
Oh, DBZA had a DEFINITE effect on Super. Toei’s head honchos despised the group (hence why the main guys were banned from being cast in Funi dubs), but the writers loved it. The group tried to explain away some of the stuff as references to other Japanese memes or deep cuts into series lore, but the scene where the…
I drive a luxury car, but people where I live literally look down at it/me because not an SUV or Truck.
They’re big, American, body on frame, with V8s and bench seats. He’ll be using it to roll down the highway. This is not as big of a deal as you seem to think.
The whole “minivans are uncool” thing is ridiculous on it’s face. You ceased being a cool person when you had kids, buying a tarted up wagon with plastic wheel arches isn’t going to fool anyone. Just get the damn minivan, it’s the best tool for the job.
BMW is notorious for that (I’m sure others are too). Their automatic transmissions with the “lifetime” fluid that grenades the transmission at 110,000 miles. “Lifetime” differential fluid. All bullshit made to force you to lease a new car every 3 years after you learn how much it is to keep one on the road the hard…
Can speak to BMW’s plan as I did the entirety of the free maintenance period with my ‘16 M235i. The free oil changes can only be performed when the car indicates it’s within 1,000 miles of needing oil service, which worked out to be ~10k miles. Little longer than I prefer, but if you’re treating your engine well it is…
“Hyundai will be one of the first non-luxury brands to offer a free maintenance program.”
A negative GM article on Jalopnik. And it craps on a ”big and stupid” truck, too.
GM has a history of designing cool interesting vehicles and then murdering them. Great concepts, that by the time the committee has had their way they are garbage.
GM has taken a bunch of risks. Their problem is when the going gets tough, they fold and cancel. Look at the Fiero. Once they updated it into a decent car, they canceled it. Look at the Solstice. My guess is that the mid-engined vette won’t last too many years like those two other cars because it’s too impractical…
my “55 on the 70 mph freeway” mother in law just bought a CR-V
So, just like Tesla?
