I can believe an HOA all day everyday, and that’s why “NO HOA” was the #1 requirement for my recent house search.   But even so, I still think a 2005 Camry is so inoffensive that even the most anal HOA wouldn’t care.

HOAs are a nightmare and I’m grateful to live in an area (i.e. not the south) where I could buy a house and easily avoid them. I really hope this one goes away with the boomers, as I can’t picture anyone being like this besides a bored old housewife who has nothing better to do.
