write the word “fucking” some more

It’s only rated 3/5 diversities.

Ditto. If one starts out with a premise, it’s pretty easy to contort anything and everything into a supporting argument.

If the shows creators read this and were asked directly, why does it not include a cornucopia of “races” they might respond that they made it with the people they felt was right for this piece and

‘Hollywood’ is also hostile to Athiesm and generally favors Judeo-Christian faiths over other faiths and agnostics, it hardly ever includes overweight people (unless they’re funny), almost never puts unattractive people in lead roles, denigrates science (there are things man shouldn’t mess with!), constantly rewards

So what you are saying is the the OA with a Latino-Asian and Asian-Trans person, wasn’t diverse enough for you. I guess they didn’t tick enough of the required diversity boxes.

“Until Nintendo and president Iwata make me a time machine I will not rest!”

You know what the shame is? That people who constantly complain about the old white characters will expect comic fans who like those characters to either drop them or spend more money and buy the new characters comics themselves; while the complainers won’t and don’t ever buy comics for new characters that are diverse

Tony Stark casts a shadow over Riri from the instant she was conceived as a “replacement iron-man”, no matter what state Tony is in. That will only change when/if Riri develops into an individual in her own right, like Miles Morales has.

As another “old” comic book reader, I couldn’t disagree more. Not everyone can be pleased, so although I’m sorry you’re not, I’m pretty happy with what Marvel is doing in the comics and I hope they stay the course.

With James “Rhodey” Rhodes apparently ACTUALLY dead at the hands of Thanos, I can see Riri taking over the mantel of War Machine and becoming something akin to what Miles Morales is to Spider-Man.

Fox’s efforts to fuck up the internal continuity of this series are, frankly, almost ambitious. I’m not even mad, it’s hilarious.

It’s not, and your entire premise is false. War changed because those people wanted to go home, so it was fear that changed it. Fear that made them more apprehensive and not trusting, sure, but also fear that made them keep hiding and not risk anything.
The game however doesn’t let you die. There is no fear, it’s just

This makes me so sad. :/

“Damn your truce,” one grumpy middle aged man living with his parents said on the Battlefield 1 reddit. “I want my n00b harvest.”

To be fair those were men in those trenches and the people playing the game are a bunch of boys who are still wee behind the ears.

1914: Men in trenches fighting for their lives have a peaceful truce with their enemies

Well who wouldn’t want to go into a abandoned alien spacecraft, with extraterrestrial remains, and a basement full of weird eggs on an unexplored planet?... I think I’ll just go about my own business, thank you very much.

Well we know that people are still stupidly sticking their faces where they shouldn’t.

I am cautiously optimistic. I liked the trailer.

Now playing

Oh yeah, talking about great soundtracks, how come there’s no Streets of Rage in the list?
