Vought’s policy of cutting superheroes once they don’t fit the brand any more is opportunity to many. Clearly Vought should pay more attention to those they “retire”. Alistair is slowly collecting the rejects with promises of restoring their former glory. And Fresca.

I loved all the references and jabs this episode made. Like how the movie used the color desaturation just like DCEU. It almost gave me whiplash when the normal colors returned.

I think that Vought let Liberty come back to public eye because she promised them she can keep Homelander in check. It’s not that the company is particularly racist - at least not in Stormfront or Vought the man way. They just reflect American public biases - both in their picks of who gets the Compound V (6% black 1%

I don’t think they were at shaman’s to reverse the summoning of kumiho. They were there to ask for help in saving Tic. Ji-ah wanted to know if her visions of Atticus future were real. And if she could do anything about it. Her mother agreed to pay the price of doing something about it. She was sacrificing herself for

Yes, he was. I recognised him as Ando too.

I hope so. She deserves it.

Yes, this was a love story while Tic and Leti seem more like friends with benefits. Tic was planning to leave without saying goodbye after their first time. He only stayed to protect her from Christina. She longs for the friend from childhood but doesn’t understand the man he became at war and he still haven’t told

With all the glances, complements, bonding and that it’s ok to be different speech I was thinking that all the way. She even covered Ji-ah with her body to save her from Tic. Until then I thought the big reveal would be that they end up together. Ji-ah decided to not eat souls of any more men and be with woman she

I loved how Ji-ah and Atticus lives were shown to parallel each other. They both love stories. The escape they provide from the cruel reality and prejudices of they experience and dreams they let them aspire to even if they don’t show people like them in it.

I loved this episode so much. It might be my favourite so far. We learn what Ji-ah is. And we learn what Atticus has become during the war. What was their relationship. And why he stayed in Florida instead of coming home.

I’m not sure about completely separate since there is a lot of Christina knows about things William did but she seems to think of him as separate from herself in likes and wants.

The first research on imaginal discs was done in 17th century and people knew about the change from larvae into final insect long before that. Hubble proved Galaxies exist beyond Milky Way and have multiple star systems in 1923. Anyone professing to study these things in 1950s should know better.

I don’t think it was so early. If Samuel knew he had a son in some way he would make sure that it was William accompanying him everywhere not Christina. And he would be treated differently at that dinner. Also the transformation suggest that William is what Christina wears.

I did too at first but I rewatched the scene and in the closeup you can see the stitching scars around his neck.

Yes. It looked like his torso is black man’s while his head, neck and arms are white.

The man in the closet was some kind of Frankenstein’s monster himself - sawn from parts of different people including black ’s neck.man

Yes, the way William and Christina talk about each other seems like William is more than just skin Christina wears sometimes.

Also the actress who plays Hillary is the same one who played Dell (the warden with dogs) in episode 2. I wonder if Leti killed her and Christina took her skin and gave it to Ruby.

Where does Christina begin and William end?
