Well, the common theme ties in nicely with the name of the festival.

For some reason, I was pretty neutral about John Cho, until I saw him in a café a few years ago. He came in, and I just stared, mouth agape. Like, he was wearing some kind of Wayfarers, and he just looked like the coolest/hottest man I had ever seen. I was with my husband, who saw him, and made pretty much the same

YES! I laughed so hard (I was also super pregnant, so I related A LOT), that I forced my husband to watch it again with me a few hours later when he came back from work.

I legit cried-laughed at that bit.

Oh hi, my fave rocker dudes of 2007-2008. Brendon Urie (from Panic! at the disco), Frank Carter (Gallows), Oli Sykes (Bring me the horizon).
Good choice, Charli. good. choice.

Ooh, I like your style.

God he’s a douche.

Elsa Pataky used to date the French equivalent of Steve-O. I hardly doubt Miley’s antics even phase her.

This sounds like a perfect plan in my book. Also, seasons 3 and 6 are where it’s at (Magic Shop Giles might just be an even better Giles, and Anya is a treasure).

I think “Send me the link” is the new “Show me the receipts”.

If you click through to Buzzfeed, you’ll see the actual doll. Which is a relief, because I was totally terrified.

Julianne, this post is so on point. I can’t with your brilliance.

My thoughts when I saw that pic!

I am so sorry you’re going through this. Please trust that you’re not alone, and that we believe you and take you seriously. Endo is such a lonely battle, with people’s wrong assumptions that “yes, periods are supposed to hurt, you’re just a wimp”.
Also, everybody’s different, but if you had asked me about 5 years

It’s pretty awful to be in a situation where you’re supposed to trust that the medical staff knows better than anyone else, including you, and to have them fuck up so badly. I mean who can we trust with our bodies?

NO. No no no. That’s just awful. I’m so sorry.

Thank you for your insight! I’ll keep all this in mind.

I live for dad jokes and bad puns. There’s way more embarrassing material where this one came from.

Yes. Yes I am.

Absolutely. I never had any surgery (yet), but I’m curious. I know every woman is different when it comes to treating endo or even just alleviating symptoms, but do you feel like your surgeries have helped? Or basically just wrecked everything a little worse?
