At the risk of sounding like a bougie ass right now, I have to say that it’s not a great idea to use olive oil with bread at 400. It gets a little too brown (not in a good way) because the smoke point for EVOO is generally about 350. Do grape seed oil or even veggie if you want to use that high of a temp, or drop down…

I really love the passion about pasta and the overall response to this post, especially considering that this a sports place... I like the foods and I like the sports. Nice to get a fix for both.
