No. Pennsylvania's liquor laws suck. You have to go to one place for beer and another for hard liquor. Sometimes these places are 30 ,minutes apart, like in the Poconos. Meanwhile, at least we don't have to pump our own gas in 4 degree weather. I'm located 10 minutes outside Atlantic City, where every bar has a

as an atheist, I'd rather be locked in a room for eternity with Paultards than have a single breakfast with an ardent atheist. I mean: isn't the point of being an atheist that you don't care?

Definitely make a reservation. It gets busy.

"Hedwig" is extra close to my heart - I spent close to a decade playing Yitzahk in theaters around the country, and had the extra amazing privilege of performing that role for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

My SO works for an independent record label. You have no idea what the fuck you are talking about, you have no idea what goes into making music, how little the artists make, and the state of the music industry, due in part, to fuckwads like you who steal music.

Fuck you. As a musician this is my job. I'm not sure why you value the worth of musicians less than you would of your bartender, plumber or grocery clerk or do you steal from them as well? 10 dollars is not too much for a fucking 10 song album. But then again you probably have no problem spending $5 on a latte at

As a professional musician, thoughts like this make me really angry. My music is how I survive, it is not some kind of altruistic gift I bestow upon humanity. Should there be more precautions in place to prevent illegal downloading? Yes. But that does not even remotely absolve you from being an asshole and stealing

That's a really creepy state of mind to me. These artists and the people who do the back-vocals, make the music, and put everything together deserve to be compensated for their work and time.

I used Napster when I was a teenager, I admit that. But now I'm 30 and I've been paying for things like an adult for a decade. I also make sure I donate at least once a year to NPR and the podcasts I listen to.
I don't think it's horrible to get a burned CD from a friend every once in awhile, or to give my HBO password

It may not be the experience of most, however it was a component of my own experience.

I loved Rent, but I did think "You know, Benny's not wrong".

I was once a very cool teenage girl scout selling cookies in a popular neighborhood in Minneapolis. A woman came up to me and two of my fellow scouts and said "I got kicked out of girl scouts for eating a brownie! Ahahahaha! It's a lavender lesbian joke." Then she realized what she had said and gave us $20.

"ABSOLUTELY NO ARGUING OR QUESTIONING THE PERSON IN AUTHORITY!!!"

Ah- you have a point. It's worse than that. It's stereotyping an entire set of cultures, each with its own distinct and rich heritage, into one offensive and inaccurate costume.

How nice to Danny123456789 to raise your son to believe his desire to 'play' as other races is his right and he should disregard the racial issues that other people face. To a white child of course his skin color (is claimed to be) less important, because to many white people their skin color is 'normal' and others

YES. For anyone dressing up as a person or character of another race, I advise you look to Ellen Degeneres and her Nikki Minaj costume. You do not need to change your skin to portray someone in a recognizable (and in this case hilarious) way. If you feel you do, it means your costume (and probably you) sucks.

Yes, in my head, not in your kid's headdress. ;)

Because it's not a costume to "Indian" people. It's a culture. Traditions that go back longer than any of us have been alive, and someone who knows nothing about them is putting it on like a costume. It's completely disrespectful.

We are the same. I'm from Sconnie, living in Mpls.
