I don’t know, correct me if I am wrong but isn’t the series known as “Knights of the Zodiac” all through France and Latin America? In my country Brazil where it was hugely popular during the 90s and still today it was named Knights of the Zodiac. My impression was that it is known by the original Japanese name Saint

It’s only missing Saturn from Goya’s Saturn Devouring his Son, a Venus of Willendorf, a horse or auroch from Lascaux cave paintings and a set of Velázquez’s Las Meninas dolls.

If it doesn’t feature the eruption of the Mount Tambora and doesn’t have scenes filmed on Villa Diodati why even make the film?

Reading the “Necronomicon: The Best Weird Tales of H.P. Lovecraft”, a collection of 36 Lovecraft stories.

What about PoP! from Music and Lyrics? Best parody of 80s pop music ever!

In Robert L. Forward’s hard science fiction novel Dragon’s Egg the cheela, an intelligent alien life form resembling little pancakes the size of a sesame seed living on the surface of a neutron star, tell the humans in the end of the book that they (the cheela) examined our Sun and cleaned it of a few black holes

Also because of fashion - it was the style at the time.

Gravity Falls? Never watched (ok, tried to watch the first episode but couldn’t get into it) but heard it was amazing and ended on its highest point.

Hell yeah, The Dark Crystal! Everyone, watch it, it’s so worth!

About Black Leviathan, can I find the book in the untranslated, original German version? I’ve been looking for science fiction and fantasy books in German to read to improve my German but I can’t find this one (I’ve searched the original title, it’s Drachenjäger).

Ursula K. Le Guin in 2018 and Gene Wolfe and Vonda McIntyre in 2019, what the hell, Death? What’s next, Samuel Delany in 2020? Don't even fucking think of it, Death!

What about The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance? It was one of the biggest highlights of the year. Puppetry is back, baby!

Taste one of these while you still can.

Just be careful to not eat a Japanese mermaid. Those things make you last forever, and that’s not a good thing.

For a moment I thought you were talking about the 2001 collection book Tales from Earthsea. I forgot that was also the name of the Studio Ghibli film.

Like Irate Thing said there is no reason to assume a new animated adaptation would be bad because the first adaptation was bad. An animated adaptation would be free to

Animated or live-action? Frankly I think Earthsea would be fantastic and much better done if it was animated, and animated by the same creators of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra. I can’t see Earthsea as being both live-action and good.

I felt the same about The Wind Waker. The dungeons were too linear and obvious, not maze-like like the dungeons of most Legend of Zelda games.

The only work on the Buffyverse I want to see now is a spin-off starring Nikki Wood, the black Slayer Spike killed in New York City in the 1970s and stole the jacket from, and who gave birth to Robin. Vampires and demons in the New York City of the 70s, it would be a hit show. Not even a series starring Faith or Giles

He even gave Hero, the protagonist of RPG World, a cameo on OK K.O.!, and gave an official ending to RPG World. (spoiler: Hero and Cherry marry and have a baby called Spaghetti)

Why not both? There are some good science fiction and fantasy books with romance in it. My favorite is the Saga of the Skolian Empire book series.
