A buddy of mine got me into it last year. The thing to note is that Dan Harmon is like the fourth or fifth reason to listen. Jeff Davis and Spencer are by far the most amusing and with semi-regular guests like Curtis Armstrong (Booger from Revenge of the Nerds) it makes for some entertaining conversations. I would

Why don't we just do "Bill Murray Shows Up in Random Places: The Show"?

Spencer Crittenden!

Goddard directed, Whedon produced and was second unit director, they wrote it together.

Is this going to be one of those VHS games from the 80s? As a kid, I had one based on Asimov's Laws of Robotics and it was fun for about a week.

This makes me happy: sounds like another Wes Anderson movie that I can watch with my daughter (she's almost three and Fantastic Mr. Fox was the first movie she saw).

To do that she'd have to learn to write.

I would watch "Late Night with Cameron Esposito" in a heartbeat. Of course, I'm assuming that Rhea Butcher is her sidekick. Put Your Hands Together is such a great podcast and most of it is Cameron and Rhea doing the equivalent of monologues or riffing together: perfect for late night.

I'm with you: the idea of the movie is likely better than the actual movie would be right now because expectations would be so damn high. Ideally, it would be good to just let things breathe right now then do a movie in, say, ten years: it could be a reunion (of course because Greendale needs saving). Reunions

After the reviews, I figured that I'd hold out until I could see it with minimal effort. That happened last week while I was on a plane and I've got to say, that was nowhere near as bad as the reviews made it sound… I actually thought it was a a lot fun. Easily the 3rd best Terminator movie (not saying much given that

That's exactly the film I was thinking: I saw it in the theater and I actually own it on DVD… I may even have it ripped to my home media server.

I could go on a rant but it wouldn't be anywhere near as well layed out as this George Carlin bit:

I don't really give much of a shit about Superman and really any of the DC movies thus far.

Whenever I trip and fall: "Gravity is a harsh mistress."

I think my all time favorite one to throw out is "Spoon!" The Tick is one of those great cartoons that stuck with me.

Whenever I find myself doing something that is stupid or inconvenient: "Why are we walking like this?" I also tend to reference the kid in the helmet more than I probably should.

I see that I forgot to mention that they were sitting in the center and pretty close to (if not in) the front row. With the way the CW is set up, it's pretty hard to leave from that area without being disruptive. Not that it's all their fault.

He's just great at making humor out of what's happening in the room… granted, I've seen him given some ripe material. Can't remember if it was the same show I was talking about above but at one Jefferies' show some guy proposed to his girlfriend. This was before Jim settled down somewhat and had a kid. After letting

Really? Are you talking mainly on his albums and specials? I think he gave a bit more leeway there (and probably just had people booted) because he didn't want to disrupt the flow of the show (dude was a perfectionist).

Oh, yeah. That video is really what broke him over here in the states. He's a great comic so I'm guessing he would have eventually gotten notoriety here eventually anyway but that seemed to fast track him a bit.
