Well said. I've gotten the same vibe.

Marketers are the worst.

"Hey Russell. Do you have Prince Albert in a can? I'm going to go fuck some children."

Gandhi beat his wife.

Ah, I see what you're saying. Gotcha'.

Isn't that kind of a truism? I mean, if you're "only regarded for your physical beauty," then by definition you are not regarded for your good acting.

If you reduce a person's value to one of his or her features, that is objectifying, but merely stating a preference (after being asked) is not the same thing.

Yikes. That's kind of vitriol is only directed at former employers or Comcast. What's the story?

I like that too, but I heard another proposal that was even crazier and more awesome.

Stephanie McMahon did appear to be pulling her punch (slap). She legit smacked the Rock.

What's to feel smug about? You also own an overpriced rock/status-symbol that is often mined in unethical ways.

That's a good comparison. Cook and Hart are both good performers with a lot of energy, but stripped of that, neither has funny jokes or any interesting perspectives.

"I just don't think we need the government to be our paternalistic overlord when it comes to our eating habits."

This comment seems much more reasonable and I don't disagree with anything you wrote. That said, regardless of whatever worst-case scenarios we can imagine, I think we have an obligation to judge every decision on its own merits and not in light of what it might lead to.

You just wrote a nice, little piece of dystopian fiction, but that's not actual proof that any of what you described will actually come to pass. I could just as easily write some detailed piece of speculative nonsense about how same-sex marriage will lead to the government forcing us to marry dogs, but that wouldn't

He's probably funnier.

You don't know much about neurocognitive development, do you?

"Furiously looking down there. I think they've found it! Yup, one of the marshals is pointing into the long grass."

We can certainly debate the legitimacy of the rule itself, but there is no question that he violated it.
