I think the thing that made joffrey more enjoyable to watch (if you can say that) was that he didn't come off as a cartoon villain. He was weak for sure, but it was interesting to watch someone devolve into sadism and madness when he had no reason to. He was a boy who had everything but also had to watch as people…
exactly
How often can we say that the satire on this show is funny and smart? That's really hard to pull off
Oh God, I was just thinking about that. The best part is her ramblings are so random and off the wall, but she still always remembers to insert a bit about Ru. It's like the best form of shade.
Exactly. Thinking about Ultron's motivations, I thought he would have played better as Tony's foil if he had started out with his own motivations (such as Loki complex) but then had targeted Stark to break him because he recognized that Stark was the most likely Avenger to take stupid risks and endanger the team. Then…
true. DoFP was instantly bumped up a letter grade because of its two minute scene with quicksilver. AoU didn't help its cause to best DoFP by having wanda and pietro speak in count chocula accents.
just imagining ginger trying to crawl under the legs of latrice during a LSFYL makes me want to throw something
they showcased his body much better in that movie; the funniest allusion to thor's hotness in this movie didn't even involve him being shirtless. It was when the smart lady bio engineer went off about how she was too busy with important work to go to some stupid party, but then asked whether thor was gonna be there.
exactly. everyone else seems to think the movie perfectly handled ultron's personality but it seemed like it came out of nowhere for the sake of laughs
all I remember is that they said that he got the mission from tony. I feel like ultron started out snarky right from the get go.
Don't agree with you on DoFP, but I'm also the only one who didn't care for funny quippy Spader. It seemed strange that Ultron was such a smart alec out of the gate without establishing his background first (I kept waiting for someone to say his character beats were mirrored off Tony Stark because of reasons). Much as…
I can't decide if Jaime is even worse because at least Cersei lacks the ability to recognize her own crazy. Jaime seems incredibly level headed and able to recognize that his sister has an obsessive narcissistic personality. And yet still, his wish is to die in the arms of the woman that he loves (who probably…
some are more equal than others
even so, if Tommen died tommorow I think Cersei would be in a lot more trouble than Margery.
#2016 a political dynasty you can get behind
before the show's end we should definitely get an episode where we see sheldon's siblings up against leonard's siblings to see what each would have ended up like had they been more like their parents
it really reminded me of the second hobbit movie. it was still good CGI by common standards but it felt worse than even the first avengers movie, and it felt very rushed (no good finish to it). I kept looking at it and comparing it to a video game, like the new mortal combat game.
while i do generally agree, i think nerds and people who want to claim that title should have a little more time on the top before jocks and cheerleaders reverse the pyramid again. Nerds haven't been on top long enough for people to ;legitimately feel like it's been FOREVER and THEY'VE WON ALREADY.
I agree. Michael's actions toward Jane were terrible, but there's only so many times that you can break up with somebody before you run out of second chances. As soon as I heard Rafael tell Jane that he didn't love her, I knew he had gone too far. You can work on your communication skills and set aside time for one…
