@Stevox: Funny you should say that. I've been drinking hennepin all night and am feeling like its time to make some silly comments.

@brisbrd: They look like stills from a camera phone video.

This reminds me of going to my grandmother's house when I was younger. She had all of the Nintendo systems at her house, and we had none. My sister and I used to sit in her living room and play duck hunt for hours at a time.

@Nürburgring: Varsity Jalop: Predictably, my parents think its a great idea. Thank god my sister and I are long past the age where they would be required.

@DVDude: NJ used to require those and they stopped, I'm guessing for the very reason you mentioned. No one could keep up with the stupid things.

@Foo2rama: We rented a charger once. Opening even the front doors sounded like a bad steel drum. Depressing build quality; hollow-sounding doors are an immediate turn off. Its the first friggin thing you touch for gosh sakes... spend the extra dollar and fill it with foam... first impressions count!

@Jeb_Hoge: I think I agree with you, except if you're passing a truck on the right. Trucks have a HUGE blind spot immediately to the right of the cab, so passing a truck on the right is akin to a death sentence.

@Half the wheels and twice the fun: Is this assuming that the only VIN on the car is the one under the windshield? because there are quite a few locations where its stamped around the vehicle, including a few that are known only to manufacturers.

@JRock: A cop friend of mine told me the best thing to do if you get pulled over in a car with tinted windows is to roll all of your windows down before the cop even gets out of the car. It could be 10 below and snowing, just have them down long enough so they can make sure there's no funny business going on and it…

@ms3brendan: I wish i hadn't seen ricky on the sidewalk!

@Ethan Moss: yes but there's a difference between keeping a hobby car or two around and having a full-on junkyard going on. My suspicions are that most of the times this is enforced is going to tend to be when there are more dead cars than potential occupants of the house that is on the property.

@Hello Mister Walrus: Just an external HD for your iPad? with my setup, I can travel time AND capture wayward ghosts.

I like the look of the 458, but I still think the alfa 8c is a better looking car.

@Pyrowrx: They either do 6+8 or 7+7 between the summer and fall series. 11 and 12 were 6+8, with the vietnam special.

I hear every electrician in the world crying. A major point of pride among myself as an amateur and all professional electricians are their splices. twisting conductors together with a pair of linemans pliers is not easy to master.

"Why were you an hour late to work today?"

95% of what I do on a computer just won't work with a trackpad. Period. Tell any engineer, architect or designer that they're taking away their mouse and there will be screaming revolt. Just try to draft something in autocad with a trackpad. It is physically impossible.

Now playing

Completely the wrong music selection. I fixed it for you.

And for your next trip, go south to New Brunswick and get fat sandwiches and then swing past pete & eldas to eat a double XL pizza and get a free t-shirt.

@Pavlovs-Dog: Love the water towers. One of NYC's enduring landmarks.
