She-Hulk has not been depicted with massive muscles for almost her entire comic life. It wasn’t until her re-design a few years ago that she got the full steroid treatment her cousin did.

It’s a comic fantasy world, there are tons of comic characters with super strength who aren’t massively built cause it’s fantasy, not reality. It isn’t necessary for it to be realistic.  

They should make it permanent, just use this to pivot directly to all electric and the youth market already.
