Heaven forbid they post something that they’ve never written about before.Doubly that they didn’t check to see if you knew about it before they did so.

Is that the cable channel with the people addicted to eating toilet paper, or the other one with similarly useless reality shows?

It’s been around since 1962, which I say in the post. And no, I don’t have cable.

I don’t see too many leaders of other countries attacking their press, attacking their regional and local leaders, turning their press briefings into campaign rallies, or riling up their voter base to have rallies demanding their restrictions lifted in the middle of a pandemic all while saying, “I did a great job” and

My guess is that it’s partially based on the hoped-for response. If you’re trying to get a (let’s say) Trump supporter to see that their Pres. is an unfeeling ghoul, showing a photo of Obama or Clinton crying is instantly going to set them off and put them on the defensive.

You missed my point:  I was making a “Socratic Method” joke.

That’s interesting. To what other uses can the application of hemlock be directed?

I’m sure there will be a bunch of comments on this article about how “But The Rise of Skywalker actually is terrible!” and thus completely miss the point of Daisy Ridley’s comments.

Look, for everyone who talks about ‘fast travel’ in GoT season 8, can we please look back to how long it took in season one for Ned, Arya, and Sansa to get to King’s Landing?

Caprica. Actually, I don’t even think it got rushed so much as just ... got left in a bin, right when the writers finally were finding a good story foothold.

These guys are really freaky, think of it more like some kind of universal biological constructor set, the parts can fit together in different ways to make up each creature. Each individual part is called a zooid, typically there are three or four different types of zooids making up the one siphonophore. These zooids

I don’t know, “Bad Blood” (wherein Mulder and Scully share their versions of the same events vis-a-vis Maybe Vampires And Also Pizza Delivery Plus Doofus Sheriff) could def give it a run for its money.

Now do Funniest. The ghost couple that just prank Mulder and Scully is the best one.

Something makes me think that maybe the staff have been stuck at home and there are less interesting things happening in the world for some reason, couldn’t imagine what could do that, though.

It seared itself into my memory instantly, I saw the lead image and knew exactly which episode it was. It was creepy as fuck and plausible enough to be extra disturbing.

Home is the best X-Files episode, hands down.

I also clicked to find out what that means. Got me, I guess.

“Prikið Kaffihús, a trendy bar in central Reykjavik that Miller frequents when he [sic] is in town.”
