I know this verbiage is just pulled from the report, but I hate when rape is described as "had sex with." Like that recent story about a mortician "having sex with" dead women's bodies. He didn't have sex with them. With takes two. A rape victim isn't having sex. Neither is a dead corpse.

I think the issue is that it shouldn't be a parent's choice to mutilate their child's body in any way.
